Who am I?
My journey into coaching is rooted in over a decade of experience as a General Practitioner, where I’ve seen firsthand the unique pressures placed on those in high-stakes roles. Alongside my clinical practice, I serve as a Lead Clinician at NHS Practitioner Health, dedicated to supporting doctors and healthcare professionals as they navigate their most significant life and career challenges.
I understand what it feels like to be "stuck" within a complex system. I created Coaching For Clarity because I believe that every professional deserves a confidential, non-judgmental space to think clearly. By combining my clinical background with a deep understanding of neurodivergence and professional burnout, I help you unlock your own resourcefulness so you can move forward with renewed clarity and confidence
