How to Use the Hub

  • For Individuals: Access targeted tools for managing overwhelm, exam preparation, and career reflection.

  • For Educators: Download frameworks designed to improve the supervisor-trainee relationship and foster neuro-inclusive environments.

  • Access the Library: All resources are free! If there is anything you would like to see please get in touch

These resources are free to download and are designed to be used widely…..by individuals, trainers and teams supporting neurodivergent healthcare professionals.

They are not a replacement for coaching, but a starting point.

Each resource is intended to prompt reflection, open up conversations, and offer practical ways of working that may reduce friction in day-to-day clinical life.

Coaching can go further, creating space to understand your own patterns with kindness and self-compassion, and to explore how you function best at work and at home. This includes recognising what energises you, what depletes you, and how to manage that energy more sustainably.

These tools act as a bridge, supporting awareness, insight and small shifts that can make a meaningful difference.

Use them in whatever way works for you!
