Frequently Asked Questions

To help you decide if I am the right fit for your needs, here are some common questions about how I work.

  • Coaching is a confidential, non-judgmental conversation that gives you the time and space to think clearly. It isn’t about receiving advice or being told what to do; instead, it helps you explore your thinking in depth and gain new insights.

  • Coaching is a reflective, forward-looking process. Unlike therapy or counselling, which focus on healing past experiences, or mentoring, which provides specific advice and guidance, coaching is about unlocking your own resourcefulness so you can make meaningful progress

  • This is a relaxed, initial conversation where we can explore what you’d like to focus on. It is a simple next step to see if working together feels like the right fit to support you

  • Sessions are typically 60 minutes long and are conducted online via Zoom or a similar platform.

  • While I have a particular understanding of the pressures of medical life and the NHS, I offer coaching to anyone navigating change, new roles, or feeling "stuck". This includes professionals who value being heard and want to develop greater clarity and confidence

  • I bring a particular understanding of neurodivergence to the coaching room. This is a space for individuals who identify with (or suspect) neurodivergent traits and want a coach who "gets it".
