I’m a GP by background and a Lead Clinician at NHS Practitioner Health, where I support healthcare professionals, across a range of roles and career stages, navigating mental health challenges.

Through this work, I’ve developed a growing interest in neurodivergence, particularly in doctors and other professionals whose strengths can sometimes be hidden behind effort, overwhelm or exhaustion.

I’m a coach, and I’m deepening my practice to better support neurodivergent professionals to reflect, understand their patterns, and develop ways of working that replenish rather than deplete.

I believe neurodivergence brings significant strengths to healthcare.

My aim is to create space for those strengths to be recognised, while also supporting individuals to care for themselves in the process.
